We requested salt and vinegar for both of our fish and chips orders, but when we got home, we discovered that they hadn't added any. It was a straightforward request that they acknowledged but ultimately didn't deliver on. Plus, it was difficult to tell if they had included any seasoning since we had to wait outside and had a limited view.
