Eventually, we were... read more While we were waiting in the bar to be served, another couple entered but ended up leaving because they couldn't find anyone to assist them. Eventually, we were able to find a staff member. However, when we wanted a refill, we had to wait a long time to find a bartender. Surprisingly, there was no one else in either bar. Overall, the service was rated 2 out of 5, the location was rated 5 out of 5, and the highlight of the hotel was its quiet atmosphere.

We reported the problem staff took a while to respond . Shower unavailable next day . Staff were friendly food was good . Location was good with beautiful views . Food drinks: Good food drinks not too expensive. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value
