Ordered before hand and picked up at the shop as the queue. This was quicker and easier than queueing up outside. Some vegan options available however some staff members need reminding to change their gloves etc so I always ask them before they start on my food. View all feedback.
What RoyalBlueCloud doesn't like about Subway:
Unfortunately this place has been going downhill for some time. Staff not wearing masks and those that are have the mask under their chin which is pointless. Still unable to sit inside and we are over 18 months into the pandemic and they don’t seem to adjust/adapt like most places. Generally slow service. Limited items on the menu, same for drinks. Every time I've ordered from them via Uber eats I get my foot long subs untoasted yet I specifically ask for them to be done .. food comes cold untoasted..i end up binning it......well no more. You lost my business because of some careless or untrained staff member who can't follow orders .
Proceed with caution when ordering for delivery as they often make significant mistakes with the order. That being said, the food itself is of good quality. They just need to pay a bit more attention to detail.
It’s all over great in subway i love it for a quick snack or even a full meal but sometimes a bit slow, however not the worst I’ve seen. Could be better but still great at would still recommended it.
Service is slow due to delivery and pre ordered collections. More staff needed. Food is delicious though everything!
I was served by Jodie, I think. The service was friendly and accommodating, with plenty of generous toppings.
