Subway - Conwy

Absolutely unbelievable. The Subway in Colwyn Bay rejected my order! I had placed an order online for collection, giving them hours of advance notice. When I reached the shop door, I received an email canceling the order. It was a £38 order, and it was a special treat that my son had ordered for the whole family. I didn't want to cause a scene, but it seems like they lazily canceled the order because they didn't feel like making 5 footlongs. On top of that, I have to wait up to 5 days for the refund. I suggest choosing another Subway location if you want a better experience.

The employees were impolite, discussing my appearance and making gagging noises while pointing and laughing at me. It was clear that they were being disrespectful. The short blonde girl and the overweight girl with black hair were particularly rude and unpleasant.

I visited Subway and was greeted by a young female employee who was training a new employee on how to make subs. I ordered the cheese garlic bread sub, but the woman buttered it in a way that flattened the bread, making it more like a wrap. I was disappointed with the outcome as my sub ended up being a greasy mess. The new employee seemed inexperienced and if he continues to make subs like that, it could be a problem for future customers. I did not speak up at the time, but I believe that more training is necessary for the staff. The Subway in Llandudno is much better in comparison as I have never had any issues there.

Quite straight forward like most subways really but have always been greeted with a smile, food very enjoyable, lovely jalapenos.

Only one member of staff on and she was brilliant, she gave fantastic customer service. My breakfast sub was lovely.
