So glad I found this shop, I 've been a repeat customer for several years now (both online and I 've been known to travel almost an hour just to have a look/sniff to decide on new teas.. Sian has endless knowledge and a fascinating, understated passion for tea (ask her about her experiences in tea farming! The prices are just right, the products are wonderful (I have had some seriously special and rare tea from here, eg. Gyokuro, and some white teas that even friends in Japan/Taiwan were impressed at me being able to source . I really can 't praise this shop enough, online orders arrive very fast and well packed, and the drinks to take away are just divine. The only thing I 'm missing out on is joining one of the tea tasting evenings, but I live in hope! To summarise; much, much more than just a coffee or tea shop- it 's a curated experience of lots of unusual teas plus every other tea you could possibly enjoy (and coffees, but I haven 't forayed into those Oh and one last note- I am sceptical of herbal or fruity teas.. They are always disappointingly dusty, smell good but no flavour-BUT here, their house blends (such as sleepy time are so decent too. Proper fresh high quality ingredients blended with a real eye for results and flavour. Just, all round, the best shop!

Visited today and spent a pleasant half hour talking to Sian about her teas and travels, both as rich and interesting as each other. I have pretty strict requirement for Earl Grey having spent years hunting down some of the best in the UK and Sian was able to supply me with a beautiful, full flavour, fresh tea at a very reasonable price. On top of this (and whilst she was serving another a fresh ground coffee) I worked my way through another dozen or so interesting jars choosing a deep turmeric tea and a lemon and ginger that blow anyone's socks off. Great shop, superb teas and a knowledgeable, passionate owner. Not sure why TripAdvisor shows pictures of Seibant being a café as it is a specialist tea (and coffee) retailer. They stopped being a cafe in 2016

I visited Seibant today and had a delightful chat with the owner, Sian, about her teas and travels. I have high standards for Earl Grey tea and have spent years searching for the best in the UK. Sian was able to provide me with a wonderful, flavorful tea at a reasonable price. In addition to the Earl Grey, I sampled a variety of other teas including a rich turmeric blend and a zesty lemon and ginger option. The shop is fantastic, the teas are superb, and Sian is a knowledgeable and passionate owner. It's worth noting that despite some confusion on TripAdvisor, Seibant is actually a specialty tea (and coffee) retailer rather than a café, as they stopped serving food in 2016.

I visited this shop to buy a takeout coffee with soya milk, which they offer along with oat and almond milk options - a really great selection. The young man working there was friendly and shared my values on using reusable cups, using china mugs for takeout orders. The variety of tea and coffee options was impressive, as was his knowledge and passion for the products. I ended up purchasing two types of tea, both of which were delicious, and I will definitely be returning for more. I am grateful for this wonderful shop and the kind young man who helped lift my spirits with his excellent service and tasty tea.
