We came from Lithuania to visit this place and look around. We have had very nice coffees and cakes over here. Brilliant sunset view! Just staff working here should be more friendly, because we felt a bit guilty for coming here. This is very...important View all feedback.

During a walk around the Great Orme on a cold Saturday a mate and myself called in for hot drinks and a sit down. Though it was a lovely thought of some refreshments, it was very off putting with the owner or manager asking what we would like?, no smile, no pleasantries. When we took our seat, adjacent, to what I thought was a door sealed off because we are not In the summer season, no it was a glass door that was the fire exit and it had, from the outside the shutter on the fire exit. Now surely this is breaking fire regulations, my next step, what do I do? Contact Conwy Council or the fire officers..... a very worrying situation if there was a fire! Dissapointed, my health and safety I'm my mind sais don't call again, wait til back in Llandudno where we can find a cafe with happy management and staff and no doubt a fire exit that is open in case of emergency!
Great location and views. Shame about the unfriendly main staff member. No warmth. Took or order by practically speaking to us over her shoulder. Food was ok. Good selection of cakes and crumpets etc. no sandwiches on sale so more of a cake shop than a cafe. Wouldn’t return.
Pleasant cafe with a scrumptious choice of cakes. Inside or outside seating areas, and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sea view.
Beware of the brown haired middle age woman/serve, she doesn’t want you there and and she makes this know from the moment you walk in. She’s very abrupt when taking your order, lacks knowledge about the products she’s serving and can’t make even the smallest...
Doing the 6½K tour around the Orme. The cafe at halfway was quite handy, after the uphill stage. Can stock up with tea/coffee/toast before setting off for what is mostly downhill afterwards.
