rude and respectful and very slow. we've been here for a long time because it's local. this time we made phone instruction, minen was told, arrived to collect order and waited another mins and not yet ordering. asked what...going and not a note. cancelled ordering and they were very rude. This is without doubt the best Chinese around. I was concerned however as my order usually lasts 2 days I split my meal as I normally do, but my word it was so dry! When I compared it to one of their previous boxes (I only ever use them) the container was 1cm less in height. So less volume of product. I have included picture. Will I order again as one of most expensive take aways. Not sure, will be looking else where I think due to smaller portions they have introduced. Re pics box on left new portion size compared to before Chinese New Year closure. Look forward to getting original portion size back!
Ordered 3 full meals and sides One word wow Absolutely superb Warm fresh and so so tasty Highly recommend this place Especially as tops shut
This takeaway was just around the corner from where we were staying on holiday for a week. Visited here twice, food was great on both occasions.
Had a delivery, food was hot and really tasty. Can sometimes be a wait on delivery, but it's a good take away so don't always mind. Would recommend
Visiting Llandudno out of season with a dog can prove challenging for an evening meal choice. Lucky House came up not as the best Chinese, but we’d tried that one and didn’t like it. For 3 people we ordered the Banquet meal with the special sweet and sour and beef with mushrooms and black bean sauce. We ordered the banquet for 2, as 2 of the diners are pensioners. The food was ready on time for collection and piping hot. The crispy duck wasn’t crispy but was deliciously tasty and plenty of it, far too much for the 6 pancakes, but that was ok, we nibbled the rest. The wonton/pancake roll starter again was lovely served with seaweed and a dipping sauce. The mains came with 2 trays of special fried rice one of which we didn’t even open. And the prawn crackers were plump and crisp. The 2 main dishes had such a good balance of flavour with a hint of chilli. Despite ordering for 2 persons (at £30) we still had food left over, and 3 very full diners. I would definitely recommend, and will certainly use again on another visit. Thankyou.
