Stopped in for an ice cream to finish of the day before we headed home. It was incredibly busy but the man behind the counter sorted us out quickly, great customer service skills. Not the largest variety of ice cream but what we had did the trick. View all feedback.
What Lottie F doesn't like about Illy Cafe:
We stopped in for breakfast and ordered the big breakfast, poached eggs, and two rounds of crumpets. The breakfast and poached eggs came out quickly, but there was a delay in getting the crumpets for my children. They only brought out one plate with no knife at first, causing another wait for the second round of crumpets. In the meantime, we had already shared some of our food with each other. I found the food to be a good deal for the price. I had chicken bites and chips which satisfied my lunchtime hunger. My partner's panini was not as impressive, but still tasted good. The restaurant is simple, but it serves the purpose of providing a tasty bite for lunch.
We went with our puppy and sat outside. Servers need to be a little more friendly as could come across rude at times. Food was average. Hot drinks were in dirty cups. Would not recommend this place as llandudno has so many more places that offer better services at same prices.

Called in today for lunch two adults took a seat and waited.... eventually went and helped myself to menus then had to ask if i was to place my order at the counter which i did. Small fish and chips and a tuna panini two drinks and a scone £20. The waitress was pleasant and clearly enjoyed singing, the food arrived within a reasonable time. The small fish was very small, and the chips were hot and although cooked i think the fat in the fryers may need changing. The panini was literally just tuna mayo and onion very ordinary a bit on the wet side, the coleslaw was runny and tasted earthy like soil I don't think it was off, but it wasn't pleasant. Coffee was mediocre and tea was fine scone was ok a little dry and would have benefited from being warmed. I won't be going back any time soon. I'm not a serial complainer and try to see the best but i was very disappointed.
A dog-friendly cafe located in the center of Llandudno. I enjoyed a delicious and affordable big breakfast, with quick service from friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place.
