Only a 1 food was disgusting and made me ill never again will I gey from here and won't be recommended to anyone of my friends

So disappointed. We visited last night and our pizza was barely cooked, the cheese was slightly melted on top, the garlic bread was the same but it was soggy. The chips were cold and the cheese didn’t even melt on the top because there was no heat from the chips. We went down the road by car and by the time we got in the food was cold but what do they expect when we can see our food left on the top whilst they do other things. Wouldn’t waste my money here again.

My family have previously eaten from here before and never had a problem but after last night they will never be eating from here again, not only was the food disappointing but the person who delivered it was even worse. The lady (who was delivering) was extremely rude to my mum on the phone, rang her multiple times and gave her grief for not knowing where to go! When she finally arrived and it came to paying the lady gave my mum the incorrect amount of change, my mum asked if she was sure if that was the right amount and the lady quickly said yes before jumping the the car and leaving.. very disappointing.

Charged for food that didn’t arrive, refused a refund for items we didn’t receive the food that did arrive was undercooked tasteless. Don’t buy from here unless you want to pay a fortune for half your order! Refund refused because apparently they don’t even run their own website!! The picture is meant to be a cheese and onion pie. Vile!

We were having a weekend break in Llandudno for our 2 nd non wedding due to covid.. we had heard many reviews on this place.. we ordered chicken kebabs and a meat feast pizza with salt n pepper chips .. the kebab was absolutely delicious .. succulent chicken with fresh salad, pizza was fab, base nice and thin, and plenty of meat topping, and salt n pepper chips were divine !! Recommend to anyone Thanks Tracey And Deb
