The food was delicious and the hotel looked beautiful with Christmas decorations. Rooms were rated 4 out of 5, service 5 out of 5, and location 5 out of 5.

The dinner was enjoyable, breakfast was also good. The service was acceptable. The rooms are nicely decorated, although our bathroom was small. The hotel is conveniently located in the center, with everything within walking distance. The food and drinks were very good. The English decor is really beautiful. Overall, we would rate the rooms a 4, service a 4, and the location a 5. The hotel's highlights include its romantic atmosphere.

Our room was amazing, with a modern take on an old-time radio playing soft jazz music as we entered the spacious room. The comfortable bed and modern bathroom made our two-night stay there a highlight of our trip to the UK. The location is great, with a fun town to explore on foot. During a sudden downpour, we sought shelter at the Liverpool Arms where we enjoyed a couple of pints until the storm passed, creating a magical afternoon. I would rate the rooms, service, and location all a 5 out of 5. Some of the hotel highlights include its romantic atmosphere and great value.

Bar staff were amazing looking after an elderly couple sat at the bar as well. The bar team are a credit to the business. Service: 5 Location: 5
