I have been a loyal customer for many years. This restaurant is the best around, and you can watch your food being freshly prepared. The service is friendly and our guests always enjoy their experience here.

Ordered a takeaway from here then later found it had a 2 star hygiene rating put me right off. sorry but whatever the excuse to have a 2 star rating when serving food is not acceptable (definition of a 2 star rating “major room for improvement when it comes to your organisations food hygiene practises” that’s what the definition is and sorry not good enough!

Being a loyal customer of AMK, I must say that the food here is excellent. My chicken tikka dansak was just perfect - with plenty of chicken, the right amount of sauce, and perfectly spiced. The garlic chilli chicken is also a standout dish. I can't find any faults with this place. Abdul and his team are so friendly and welcoming. This is my favorite restaurant in the area by far. And with half-price specials on Sundays when you order rice or naan bread, what's not to love? Thank you, AMK, for yet another delicious meal. I highly recommend it for delicious food at great prices.

We use this take away twice a month and sometimes on a Sunday. The menu is good and you can ask for something thats not on there and they will accommodate you. What I have found, sadly. On a Sunday its half price for the main meal if you buy rice etc. But you only get half the amount of meat in the dish compared to during the week. It's still lovely. But, as a family of 5 who like to share all our dishes we find we're unable. But, on the whole a very lovely friendly take away.
