The wings themselves are a 5 star rating but the service is really low. The staff means well but aren’t helpful or considerate of the customers needs. Many items missed on my orders and you’ll need to ask multiple times for any silverware, ketchup, etc. There are no trash cans in the restaurant itself. View all feedback.

Many items missed on my orders and you’ll need to ask multiple times for any silverware, ketchup, etc. There are no trash cans in the restaurant itself.
Waited nearly 30 minutes for our order after it taking around ten minutes for them to take the order as the cashier seemed distant and confused the whole time. We were doing dine in and it was only me, my wife and our friends a married couple) that placed a separate order in the whole place. Our friends received there order within 10 minutes. They were not that busy but service was lacking except on the part of whom I assume was the manager. I will say the food was well prepared even though they seemed to have forgotten we were in store and bagged it as a to go order then dumped it into trays for in store dining. Honestly the only issue is orderliness and keeping track of orders.
Amazing wings to order fries fresh. Ranch is also really good. I have the Cajun, perfect kind of heat to taste.
We do not live near a Wing Stop and have not stopped since COVID, as no din in option. The food was great.
