we had a reservation, but arrived very early as we calculated our schedule incorrectly and drove at an hour early. they were able to accommodate us, and the server and eating timing were efficient, but not rushed. presentation and taste/quality of foods was excellent. we will definitely come back. beautiful to have a real sushi/sashimi restaurant in the valley. will need to learn more about menu and servier sizes. like your sose, but would like to see good old soy sauce. enjoy! View all feedback.
Unbelievably in every sight. from the cocktails and mocktails to the different rolls (summit and salmon were delicious.) tartare and chicken catsu were great. filled with matcha cheese cake and bakery cake for dessert. all super and the service was perfect. well done!
I felt bad for the staff, it was busy and they were clearly overwhelmed
The sushi is great and the wait staff is really trying, but Sushki is clearly not going to survive unless the management makes major changes to streamline the workflow—right now it is chaos. About a third of people in there tonight walked out before receiving their food. Waitress was repeatedly on the verge of tears given customers’ (justifiable) frustration. The space is huge and the wait staff is far too small for it. Being short staffed is understandable, packing the restaurant when you’re short staffed knowing you’ll have folks waiting several hours for food is not. I truly hope they take this and the many other similar reviews to heart or they won’t be around more than a few months longer. It’s a very promising concept and restaurant. But for now, I can’t recommend booking here.
Food was great, space was open and inviting, and service was the perfect pace for our group as we were having a stellar time chatting and catching up.
I know the kitchen was having a crazy night we were told) but we were there over an hour before we even got drinks. One of our four got her food over an hour before the rest of us. The sashimi was SO thinly sliced, I’ve never seen it like that before. I’m sure this place has so much potential but our first experience was so bad : I hope you get more support!
