The speaker at their drive-thru has been broken for over a year, making it difficult to place an order from the menu.

I requested... read more The meal I had didn’t justify the price. The bacon was average and way too soggy. The rotisserie chicken lacked any real flavor and was quite bland. I requested extra garlic sauce after reading a positive review, but barely any was added. I'm unsure if this is a problem at Subway in general or just this location. The staff member didn’t evenly distribute the ingredients on my sandwich and spoke so softly that communication was difficult. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect, which I confirmed by checking the Subway website. To make matters worse, they were out of the cookies I ordered, and there was no indication of this on the site. It’s frustrating to pay for something only to find out it’s unavailable. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with unexpected issues with their orders.
