Sonic Drive-in - Conway

It is 8:07 pm on Tuesday 30 March 2021 and sonic is closed because no one shows up for work. If it were my crew, I'd fire the whole bunch and if I wasn't. Mngr, I'd give him the name. Chris a promotion and an increase he still chose to serve us... my stars are not for sonic, but for Christ!

My friend likes to come here to get ice cream, she always gets about 4 big cups. They know them quite well at this point, so they see that they usually already know that they come for their ice cream. Great service here and also quite fast.

Sonic in Conway was good. The food was hot and the staff was okay. The only problem I had when I pressed the button to make my order, it took a few minutes to get to the microphone. I don't know what was going on inside, but it didn't seem too busy. Anyway, the food was good.

This would have been 2 stars because the server had 0 personality and motivation. Our food was good, but the drinks were a mess on the outside. I had to pick up the shakes we ordered from the inside after waiting 15 minutes to bring them. She was over the order, even though they were on the table before her. Then the ice mud was only ice in cup with mud above. Return and two more employees helped me right away. If they were my servers from the beginning, this would be 4 stars, as the cream muddle was perfect!

Literally the slowest Sonic I've been to, especially here in Conway. Waited nearly 40 mins for 2 orders of chicken tender dinners and witnessed most of them outside talking. I feel like the cook does most of the work anyways so good job on him. However, I'm never coming back here again.
