We waited for an hour and a half for our food, only to be served cold soup and appetizers, while we watched other tables who arrived after us eat and settle their bills. I spoke with the owner, but she did nothing to address the situation and showed no empathy for the time we wasted.

The lunch special offers the best value, and the food is consistently outstanding. The sushi is fresh and delicious. I've been a regular customer for over 10 years.

Our party of five waited an hour and twenty minutes, and all we received were cold soup, salad, and an appetizer. We kept inquiring about our main courses, only to be told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I spoke with the owner/manager, who didn’t seem to care about our predicament at all. I understand that delays can happen, but it was frustrating to see two tables that arrived after us receive their meals while we were still waiting.
