This charming little spot is filled with delightful decorations all around! The food was fantastic—truly top-notch for breakfast and brunch. The staff was exceptionally friendly as well. I must highlight that they've perfected both bagels and toast to an incredible level! View all feedback.
What Elaine Isham dislikes about Priscilla's:
I just had breakfast and it was a fantastic experience. I really loved the interior and exterior of the restaurant. Brianna was polite and incredibly patient, as I can be quite particular about how I like my eggs. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were just right. I highly recommend dining here. Pancakes were huge. My bf didn't care for his breakfast burritos and the serving of homefries was extremely small and
I really wish I could give this restaurant a better review, but my breakfast experience was quite odd and unsettling. The atmosphere was off-putting and eerie, and the overall vibe just didn’t feel right. The food was mediocre at best, and the ambiance reminded me of something from a Brothers Grimm fairytale or perhaps a strange delusion of a grandmother. As my friend pointed out, it felt like a clown might pop out from the back at any moment. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to eat, or just stay home and cook for yourself. Gordon Ramsay would definitely be disappointed.
This is our in-laws' go-to for weekend breakfasts. It's very good comfort food.
Owners are super nice, the breakfast was simple, yet delicious, and the atmosphere felt like you are at your grandmothers home with all the knick knacks on the walls! definitely would recommend to people visiting North Conway!!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Priscilla's Country Kitchen. Upon entering, we noticed a sign on the door about switching your phone to vibrate in the restaurant. I thought that was odd, but not a dealbreaker for us to go there at all. The hostess, who may have been the owner, tensely greeted us and sat us down. She did not smile and make us feel welcome. When the waitress gave us the menus, I immediately noticed a rather large bold red area on the menu that stated that children are NOT to play with the sugar packets or the small cream containers, or their parents will be charged for any opened packets. Again, rather odd for a restaurant.I felt like I was in elementary school with a very strict teacher overseeing lunch period. The atmosphere was tense and quiet. Other customers were also speaking in hushed tones.Eventually our food came (it took a long time 15-20 minutes) for a place that was not very busy. The eggs were cold and the portion of hash browns was very small. Had I ordered a side of bacon, it would have cost an extra $6.95, so I did not. When we asked for jelly for the toast, the waitress brought over a tray of jelly packets and asked us which ONE we wanted. She seemed scared of incurring the wrath of the hostess/owner should she give out the jelly freely.Overall, the food was over-priced, cold and there was not enough of it. The atmosphere was tense and hushed. There are not a lot of sit-down restaurant choices nearby but we will not be returning to Priscilla's restaurant.

Came here Saturday morning at our Story Land/White Mountain Vacation and we enjoyed our time and food! We arrived at 10:30 and although the surrounding area was busy, Priscilla was not. We sat immediately and placed our orders shortly after. The coffee was a little watered, but the kids apple juice was good. My wife and I were not so hungry, so we ordered a plate to share. We also ordered a record for our daughters (4 and 7). The waitress was friendly and she brought additional plates for us (the staff was very friendly and welcoming). We got our order pretty fast. We ordered the Jumbo breakfast with ash-browns on the side and the girls shared pancakes. I really liked the hash browns, sausages and eggs. Our order came to $30. The juices were expensive and the coffee became average price. Overall good breakfast and nice staff!
We were greeted by friendly staff. Expectedly there was a wait for breakfast, but it was worth it. We waited 30 minutes to sit and another 20+ for our food. The food is definitely comforting (my ham omelet were very good! and the environment is cozy and homey. Priced like any local type diner staged to feed visitors. The hot chocolate wasn’t too impressive, fair warning!
Love the decor. Breakfast was superb. The wait staff absolutely wonderful!!! We will be back.
Absolutely amazing! It’s a bit hard to spot this place from the street since it’s hidden behind another establishment, but once you find it, you’ll discover a charming little gem. It really brought a smile to my face; I loved the cozy atmosphere. The decor, with its beautiful plates, cups, and saucers, created such a warm feeling. The menu offered a great selection, and the portions were generous—everything was absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional, with our server and waitress being some of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered. An all-around lovely experience!
