Payton Creek Catfish House - Conway

I am delighted with the improvements made by the new owners at this restaurant. The food is now consistently fresh and hot, thanks to the efforts of the management and staff. I am grateful to have a seafood option close by, without having to travel far.

I traveled from Austin, Texas to visit family and decided to try Hidden Valley tonight. The service was superb, the food was hot and fresh, and the flavor was top-notch. Even on a Thursday evening with the restaurant moderately full, the staff worked in small batches to ensure the food was served hot and fresh. I will definitely be back when I am in town again!
