We were asked to wait for our food, but they ended up cooking more food and serving other customers before us. What was supposed to be a 15-20 minute wait turned into 45 minutes. I had to wait for my original order, then remind them to cook it, only to wait again for the additional food I ordered to be prepared.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. After eating their food, I woke up in the middle of the night/early morning 6-8 hours later with severe stomach pain and diarrhea. Both myself and my baby got sick from the food we ate, so I am certain it was the cause. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be contacting a lawyer. It seems I am not the only one who has become ill from eating here.
1st time there. I wanted to get specific stuff from the menu, they were very patient with my choices and kindy made more of the ones that they were out of. Truly appreciated their kindness. The food was absolutely delicious and the kids loved it?
The drive associate was rude and offensive(Alexis). I ordered a bigger plate and then asked the associate if it were possible to get a small side of the beyond chick. She responded it would be the same size as the third selection of my bigger plate (towhich I was okay with),but I would have to pay for it. To which I responded ?I didn?t ask for anything free?. She then states?I was just saying, you would have to pay because we don?t do samples?. I stated ? never asked for anything free, nor did I askfor a sample. I asked for a small side?, because I did want the bowl. She got an attitude and I told her, she was beingoffensive. She never apologize. I cancelled my order and left the location. I called back to speak with a manager and a maleassociate (Chris) I believe answered the phone. He told her someone wants to speak to the manager. This entire time I couldhear the conversation back and forth between the two. She tells him to tell me they don?t have a manager, to which he hesitatedand repeated ?she wants to speak with the manager.? She huffs and finally gets on the phone. Once she answered the phone shestates, ?that they did not have a manager on duty and the manager won?t return until tomorrow.? I asked for the number tocorporate, to which she gave me the wrong number. I visit that location often to order food for my kids. This was the firsttime I actually attempted to order something for myself. Based off the service I received today, I will not return.
I'm assuming it's the employees here that are so bad. I frequently have a disappointing experience here. The foods we order are often unavailable, even early in the open hours when it shouldn't be sold out. People taking orders through the drive thru oftensound like they're not really trying to listen. After being told to pull around and wait for our food, we've been forgottenseveral times and had to walk in to get it. We've received the wrong food on several occasions. Today they were out of theordered food but didn't say so until after we had paid, one meal had the wrong food in it entirely, and everything tasted likeit came straight out of a wood burning stove. I'm only giving two stars because I do like the food when my order is taken by acompetent human being who is actually trading effort for a paycheck.
