My visit to KFC for the last three times has been the same situation I go there during the time that they should have plenty of chicken cooked 4:30 to 6:00 and they have no chicken now once would be just a mistake but the last three times I've gone there was no chicken so I won't go back to that Kentucky fried Chicken in Conway or maumelle. No stars is what they deserve
Not friendly service to start off. Then they charged extra on their POS system but their prices on their board have not been changed. So when we are looking to order we are basing what we are ordering on the prices listed. I had to pay an extra $10 because they “couldn’t fix the amount on the system “, Which is absolutely absurd!! The whole restaurant floor was sticky and nasty. Get it together KFC. Get. It. Together. ??
The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the staff were very friendly. my nashville hot chicken strips were good, but the rest of the food was old and cold.
We decided to eat in, but the service was disappointing and there was no buffet option. Instead, we had to order from the menu.
The food was disappointing. The chicken sandwich was supposed to be fried to order, but it clearly wasn't. It tasted like it had been cooked the day before, as it was tough and chewy. On top of that, it was served colder than the temperature outside. I would like a refund, please.
