I previously gave a bad review of this restaurant because of staff. Obviously that’s been changed and now it’s one of the best restaurants in Conway. They are fast, helpful and knowledgeable about their products.They get you in and out quickly without losing the great quality this brand is known for.While used to dread going here and waiting half hour for food. What austin bunt doesn't like about Kfc:
All I ordered was a large fry, and I got a lot of fries, but they seemed like they'd been sitting in grease for almost an hour. I ate 2 fries and threw the rest away. Probably not coming back after that View all feedback.
Bunch of stinker working the drive through. I can hear everyone laughing and has me repeat myself and then forgot my side and gave me the wrong drink.

This is an older KFC but these employees are the best. Same crew for a long time . The manager I don't know his name he is really a hard working man. Everything I go in there he is working harder then anyone he gets in there and does it all.. I think he is good man.. food always good service good..
So I’m not one to leave a review but last night (01/18/2024) I went thought the drive through and Jordan was helping me and very sweet!! And when I pulled up to the window Jordan was one of the sweetest person ever! I will go back because of Jordan. Thank you for having such an amazing personality and so friendly and everything you did!! ?
For fast food, this location kills it ever time. Kind and personable staff. Order has always been correct.
