I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The hotel's decision to renovate the floor I was staying on proved to be a major inconvenience, as the overwhelming smell of fresh paint permeated the entire area. I travel a lot for work and this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, clean, and most importantly comfortable. Most (almost all) of the hotels I stay in have beds that would make Fred Flintstone sore and he slept on a rock. The beds here are very comfortable and I wake refreshed and ready to work. Definitely will be my hotel of choice the duration of the time I am working in Conway! View all feedback.

Great experience. The hotel was at full capacity, and the staff was really nice and very helpful. They are doing renovations. I have the updated furniture and it's all made in the U.S.A. I liked it and was looking around.Nice to see a company supporting American!Rooms: 5/5

Great location. Staff was amazingly friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Entire building was clean, inside and out. Our room was perfect.My husband our son were there just for the night (checked in Sat, out Sun) our room was clean. Stocked up on everything. The sofa bed was comfortable. The king size bed was WONDERFUL!I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to book a hotel in conway.Thank you staff, for being incredibly professional always smiling!Rooms: We had the KING SUITE. it was PERFECT!Food drinks: LOTS of places to choose from that were very much walking distance. We tried McAlisters for the first time OH MY GOSH!!!! AMAZING food great service!
Terrible you charged me and well as my children, so you doubled charged us for the room. It has taken nearly a week to fix it. The room was right beside the entrance where slamming doors were heard all night. We will not be staying there in the future
