We stopped in on our way back to Harrison from the airport. We were looking for excellent BBQ and we were not disappointed. The meat was tender and flavorful. The baked beans were some of the best we have ever had! We will be making this a regular stop when we are in the area.
Absolutely fantastic! We tried the dry-rubbed ribs with baked beans and Slaw, and they were unlike anything I've had before—truly the best. I also highly recommend the fried cakes. They prepare them to order, and the crust is wonderfully fluffy. Everything is homemade!
Strolled in since it was lunch time and had a great experience at Hog Pen BBQ. From the immediate service to the ribs, we'll definitely be back! Appreciate them bearing with us, since we were rookies and didn't bring cash when it came time to pay after ordering. All-in-all, a gem in Conway.
If you want family owned excellent bbq Go here! I?m from Houston and I believe I know bbq. The bbq was amazing fresh and big portions. This is not a chain. So support them !
