Dunkin' - Conway
Dunkin'
Description
North Conway’s Dunkin' mixes gleaming, well-kept interiors and friendly, efficient service with notable inconsistencies: many patrons enjoy good food and a convenient spot, while others report slow service, frequent order errors, and a seriously poor response to complaints, including rude management. Tight parking and awkward delivery access add friction. Overall, experiences vary—regulars praise it, but recurring operational lapses suggest staffing and training issues need attention.

Can only order with a touch screen, staff ignores you while you try to figure out the sub-menus. Do not recommend at all
I?m there at 5am. No other cars, 4 woman working who are the slowest on earth. Annnd they get order wrong. -This happens several times a week. I stopped going for a while thought I?d try them again today ? and guess what order wrong again!! I couldunderstand if it?s slammed busy but nobody else was there.
The staff was friendly. Repeated order to make sure they get it right and they did. Would recommend this location.
This restaurant seems to have a clear disdain for both dogs and visitors. It's ironic, considering out-of-towners contribute significantly to their economy—without us, they might struggle. The locals here come across as a bit clueless, like the ones who slap a "Trump" sticker with an American flag on the wrong side of their Japanese cars. I voted for him too, but my concern is about people who claim to be true patriots and don’t understand that the American flag should never be depicted as retreating. The sticker really should go on the driver’s side—after all, that's why police and military personnel display the flag backward on their uniforms: it signifies movement forward, not retreat. Now, onto the more pertinent review… The service was terrible. When I requested a small cup of hot water with a bit of whipped cream for my dog, the woman rudely replied, “No, we don’t do that.” There was no line behind us, so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. I then mentioned I wanted it for myself and offered to pay whatever they wanted, but she was still taken aback and refused. We ended up leaving the drive-thru without buying anything. However, just up the road in Tamworth, they were accommodating and had no issues fulfilling my request. They even referred to it as a “pup cup” on the receipt and only charged me $1. The staff there were friendly and pleasant. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Fantastic location with a friendly team! We dine here weekly and have been doing so for years. We hardly ever encounter any order mix-ups or subpar service. Parking: If I had one suggestion, it would be about the unusual layout of the parking lot. I assume property lines restrict better options, but I feel for the delivery drivers as it can get quite tight when it’s busy.
