I like it but it seems they need a few more weeks to iron out the wrinkles. Not bad. Update: 3 stars to 5. Great work guys
Twice they gave us wrong donuts. First time we stopped n went back, second time I was home already, so if you want our money and word of how you are in customer service what I asked n paid for you need to correct error which makes customers come back all on you!
Great coffee, always fresh and served hot. I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts—keep up the excellent work!
Coffee is horrible. Feel like they are selling old coffee always. It?s like a hit or miss. I don?t know what I?m going to get.
Love this place! Everyone is always so kind! My food/coffee is always exactly how I want it! I even had them go above and beyond for Halloween. I placed an order not long before closing on the app for 24 donuts without even considering the time. Showed upand they informed me that they didn?t have my customized order, no biggie (horrible planning on my part). Instead of just sayingcall the number for a refund the ladies working called their manager and worked it out with the staff and baker to get thedonuts I requested made that night for me to pick up in the morning for my daughters Halloween treat for school. That alone hasearned all my business! Plus the face their frozen coffee is amazing!
