Wonderful pizzas (I would rate them in my top ten) at very affordable prices (about half of what you pay in Madrid), in the nice town of Conversano, just by the historical centre. Nice setting, the terrace occupies part of the stairs that take to the old castle. Inside the restaurant the music is too loud for my taste, so in the winter I am not sure how it will go, but in the summer it is higly recommendable.

Very nice staff invites you at the table, brings the menu and giVes tou nice advice. And the food is just very good and fresh. The downsize is that like most Italian restaurants, they open at anout 19:00 and they usually are kind of crowded, so it is better to make a reservation.
