A new address on Contres, Eric Pillault is primarily a catererer but had the good idea of creating a space to restore some of the covers as a continuation of his laboratory. We used E. Pillault's catererer for a family meal with 15 people and were delighted. The products were excellent, everyone enjoyed it. The delivery is very well organized and we had very few things to do to finalize the plates while having a very nice presentation. The proportions were very well with even a few supplements (fresh and whipped) that made everyone happy! A very good reference.

Excellent restaurant, attention must be booked. Mr Pillault welcomes you in his kitchen easily to explain a recipe. He has many years behind him in starry restaurants, you're not mistaken when you come to taste his home. His cocoa bee is a wonder. Everything is fresh because it offers 1 or 2 dishes at noon. You can also order to come and get it, it explains how to warm the dish and it is very good by applying its recommendations. It is very requested for events or as a home leader.
