A new address on Contres, Eric Pillault is primarily a catererer but had the good idea of creating a space to restore some of the covers as a continuation of his laboratory. The frame is therefore the simplest, however, the kitchen is the most refined only based on the market of the chef's day. This day, we were able to taste a omelette of caille accompanied by its foie gras, a bunch of kidneys or an excellent merlan net. His wife in the room ensures an impeccable reception and service. We used E. Pillault's catererer for a family meal with 15 people and were delighted. The products were excellent, everyone enjoyed it. The delivery is very well organized and we had very few things to do to finalize the plates while having a very nice presentation. The proportions were very well with even a few supplements (fresh and whipped) that made everyone happy! A very good reference.
Excellent restaurant, attention must be booked. Mr Pillault welcomes you in his kitchen easily to explain a recipe. He has many years behind him in starry restaurants, you're not mistaken when you come to taste his home. His cocoa bee is a wonder. Everything is fresh because it offers 1 or 2 dishes at noon. You can also order to come and get it, it explains how to warm the dish and it is very good by applying its recommendations. It is very requested for events or as a home leader. Do not trust the place where the restaurant is located, the plate is much more important, and every first time in this restaurant will always invite you to come back. And I didn't talk about this couple's sympathy!! Bravo
