Location is great, apartment is small but clean. Beds are rock hard. Pay a deposit of €50 in advance and afterwards, based on your electricity costs for the air conditioning, we had to pay €2.17! A week cost almost €1000 for two adults and three children, so we thought it was quite special that we had to pay electricity costs. The breakfast is fine. Bungalow pulito, villaggio tranquillissimo ,a pochissimi passi dal mare , supermarket a pochi metri volendo raggiungibile a piedi, in auto puoi raggiungere Manfredonia, Vieste e la stessa Mattinata in poco tempo. We have been going to this village for three years and this year I found it to have gotten significantly worse. The location is very convenient, in two seconds you reach the beach and you have the choice between free or private beach. The cleanliness was very poor, the apartment had only been cleaned superficially and the room where breakfast was served was very dirty, there were at least two inches of dust on the counter. In previous years the staff was quite helpful while this year not at all, there were several problems and they didn 't bother to resolve them at all. In the bathrooms of the apartments there is no bidet and above all the water is salty. Nearby activities: I recommend a walk in the center of Mattinata, which is very cute, and some boat excursions. Food drinks: We ate at DeGustibus right in the center of Mattinata and loved it

I used the lido for lunch as I was staying in another facility. It's located right on the beach and it's great. The food is very good, with a varied menu and honest prices.
