If you do not want to stress and ruin your kids birthday, I highly recommend you not to even consider this place. Starting with the only positive thing horse riding activity was actually good including organisation and instructors, kids liked it and it is enough time as well. Please just note it is not with pony but with a full size horses (2 horses in parallel for 1 hour . The rest experience was just awful. They were not ready in time to start despite asking all guests to come precisely 15 mins in advance before activity starts. Staff was simply rude. The celebration room is full of random and sometimes dangerous for kids staff. There is no one big table for all kids even but several split tables, which can easily make some kids upset that they did not get place near the birthday kid. They prepared a random set of plastic dishes, cups and forks all of different forms and colours and no napkins thx God we had our set with us as a backup and rushed to replace with it to look at least somehow OKish. We asked for glasses and waited for them for ~30 mins. We asked extra food for adults via email couple of weeks in advance (after many many pings incl calls they answered saying they do not have it (while advertised on their website site . So we brought our food (confirmed it is allowed . But then suddenly at around 1 hour before the party end (so way too late and unexpected , they brought us the food we tried to order originally… They never asked us when we wanted the cake but brought it way too late (when we were already finishing eating our own cake thx God we had it too! We also confirmed via email that we could bring extra drinks with us including alcohol. So we brought a set of small beer bottles and guess what? Specifically beer was not allowed (wine was ok and they made us to remove it, just in front of all guests. Finally and the worst thing ever, at 16:30 they started the cleaning saying the party was over (while I had a written confirmation that it is booked till 17 . When we complained they started laughing and said “yeah, we know you have a confirmation but it is not how it is working here!” This was unbelievable. Plus a couple of small other negatives the terrace was dismounted and we could not conveniently access the kids playground through it (as it is normally there . Also the outside jumping trampoline was also removed somehow which we did not expect. It was mid of October but the weather was still very nice with no rains, just a bit windy. BTW the horse activity was also inside somehow (while the site says it is outside if weather is ok, which was our case . All in all this party was a huge stress and negative, I highly discourage you to use this place specifically for birthday parties as this is a terrible and very professional service there
