I made a reservation for 15 people, when they arrived at the place nothing was prepared, my guests had to stand waiting for a table to be free so they could sit, as it was a reservation, I thought they would choose a more pleasant place due to the number of people, and it would be tidy, when we got a table it was for 8 people, some guests had to stand. The service left a lot to be desired, the beer was hot due to the high demand in the house and when I asked for a change the waiter thought it was bad and said it wasn't his business if the beer was hot. The waiter Jorge helped us a lot by being helpful whenever possible, but it was still a mess, very tasty food but they need to improve a lot to reach the level of the old place, which I've been to several times and never had any problems. The manager helped us, serving and asking the waiters to come to the table after we complained to her, but it was still chaos.
