What a great way to end our summer road! we were invited by the talented and lively chef and owner of the terra costa restaurant in the waterfront of constituci... read more What a great way to end our summer road! we were invited by the talented and lively chef and owner of the terra costa restaurant in the waterfront of constitucion. we arrived at 19:00 clock and rafael was already outside the colonial style with a hauch contemporary art. he gave us a tour through his trip Advisor-acknowledged restaurant (certificate of excellence for 4 years in succession since 2016.) the staff is also very accommodating! and eating? I have to say more! I had the sea red tuna with garnel and seafood and it was great! the food was beautifully presented and cooked for perfection. the pisco sour is one of the best I have tasted here in Chile and peru and dessert the chocolate mousse created by the cook itself was stunning! Many thanks for @maritowindsurfing and me rafael, it was perfect! for anyone who visits the region maule, they fall from terra costa in constitucion and they will not be disappointed class and eating the ambient service!
