The Lodge - Constanţa

We went to this place Monday the 29th of Feb , in 3. We seat at one of the 2 window tables . When we got there they were 3 or 4 other tables ocupied so not busy at all.The waiters completely ignored us for more then 15 min.We managed to get the atention of a waitres that looked more enthusiastic to die then to serve us. She took our order and after she served us,she compleatly dissapiered all the way till we asked her for the check... I asked her if there is a supervisor that we can tolk to, she said no and asked us if we have a complain. Our unswer was very honest, we told her that the sercice it's horible. She said she is sorry but we should'nt seat at that table because it's hard for her to see us.As i try to explain to her that this table it's also part of the bar she tourned around and left leting me talk to myself... I don't think the word Rude cover's it... One bar we will never go to again... Compliments to the owners , they must have very "high" standards when hireing

Last night we sat at a table having some drinks, after about one hour a lady came to out table and said that our table have been reserved for 9.30 and in less than 15 minutes we would have to clear the table and the check is on it's way. I find that very rude, someone should of said that we can stay at that table only for a limited period of time when we got there, and not after one hour. So, it was better for us because we ate dinner at another place. Also my clothes smell as cigarettes after "The Lodge"

I went there to get a burger and wasn't disappointed. The combination was tasty and also the fries were ok. The main attraction of this place is the interior design which looks very nice. Beside the first impression of the burger, my main delight of that evening was the mille feuille with strawberries which was absolutely brilliant. I will definitely return.

In my perspective, the main thing that stands out at The Lodge is its interior design, which I find very interesting and chic. From my experiences with the place, the staff was ok, the food and cocktails good and the general atmosphere great. The fact that the restaurant has a long, kind of narrow shape, gives it a very interesting image, and since the moment you place your foot inside the restaurant, you can see all of it all the way to the back. Cool place.

The non-smokers place was not separated from the smokers place and the smoke came there. Also there were smokers in the non smokers part.
