What User doesn't like about Springtime:
A very dirty and unkempt place. I understand that everyone comes from the beach, but I don't understand the leftover food, loose packaging on the floor. The pizza is passed out bad, worse than if you took it by the slice. It's only ok as a place where you can eat something fast and relatively cheap (pizza 40 lei) but without too many pretensions.
