Nothing special, nothing bad, like any other KFC in the world. I supose the food is "fresh" having in view the fact that always there is a crowded.
It's a nice location in the main mall of Constanta, a standard KFC restaurant. There are lot of people there all the time and you can make some shopping in the same mall.
