Gave this place a second chance after visiting the first time about a year ago. The first time we found the barista to be quite rude. The second time was not any better. My honest suggestion is for the manager to train staff to be more friendly to clients, including offering a discount or a drink on the house when a client is not satisfied. I had a chocolate chip muffin and it was worse quality than what you would expect from a gas station. I’m not kidding. Also, the coffee was barely hot enough and the milk was cold (straight from the fridge). The coffee did taste good, but overall it was not a pleasant experience. We won’t be returning.

Not only do they have creative bagels, but our server/cashier asked how we wanted our bagels toasted. Dark, please! That ask was much appreciated as I like a nicely toasted piece of bread. The atmosphere is great for WFH’ers and the selection of food and beverages is just enough to get you through the morning.

I am absolutely fine waiting... read more Wanted to love this place support a local business but the service is just not up to par. Came on a Saturday, it was slightly busy. I am absolutely fine waiting, but when I noticed that later parties got their food that 20 minutes had passed—I asked the guy at the register. He apologized and admitted that he forgot, but then they started having loud conversation. “If you can’t handle waiting on a busy weekend, stay home”. There’s a difference between waiting because it’s busy and waiting because your order was forgotten. Whether that comment was directly at us, or someone else— not professional and we will go to another business next time.
