The fish and chips were decent, but the fish bites were a different story! They were so small that I’ve seen bigger goldfish at a fair! For £4.50, I received just four tiny fish bites, each about the size of my pinky finger. When I went back to confirm if this was correct, I was told that it was, and I was informed that cod is expensive. Trust me, I’m well aware! I won’t be coming back. I took a photo of the portion, but I can’t upload it here. I recommend sticking to Delves Lane Chippy instead. I wish I had read the other reviews before deciding to visit!

They called me at 1:04... read more I ordered food and waited for two hours, only to receive a flimsy excuse about Uber being delayed. The food still hasn't been delivered. They called me at 1:04 AM to confirm my address, and then mentioned that my order came through at 1:06 AM. This level of service is unacceptable. From my experience, restaurants are required to confirm orders, so their excuses are simply not credible.

Even worse it took 30 minutes to actually make this order even though everything was actually ready while I was stood there!!! To say the least the staff were incapable of the simplest of tasks let alone anything else! I will never ever order from here again, and I would advise anyone to reconsider! I could have went home cooked both meals and made my girlfriend her chicken tikka wrap(that she got from derwentside pizza and was beautiful while my food that was there was getting apparently sort) and went back up and they still wouldn't have got it sorted! If I could give them no stars I would!!! HORRENDOUS

I paid in full and appreciated that these things happen.. they apologised and said they would be straight down with it. 45 minutes I waited and by the time it arrived I'd lost my appetite for it. Usually if takeaways make mistakes or mess up delivery, theyd send out a free bottle of pop or somthing but unfortunately this didnt happen. Massively disappointing considering the pizza was actually pretty decent.
