While the wings (crispy), fries (not too salty), and corn (spicy) have consistently been up to standards. Cooked crispy as we like and the right amount of coverage on our flavors for the wings. Pretty darn tasty. Each time I do inside dining there's a 30 minute or more wait. The most recent one we waited 45 minutes (1 person in place before us) before getting our family pack deal. Whoever Dave is has horrible customer service ! He made me pay for ranch on a 10 piece wing order told me I don’t getOne with the meal and I referenced previous orders I’ve made and also showed him online that it stated that I do he said oh well on his monitor he’s not doing it . I put an order in online. Ended up being an hour late picking it up. The staff were very courteous about this and even offered to make me a fresh batch of fries since everything had gone cold by then. My tardiness was not their fault but they still took care of my order like it was anyone else's and fresh. My wings were still very tasty and hot cheese fries are just the best! Thanks Wingstop!
Horrible customer service. this location messed my order I made for a fight party. the oil from the food was soaking through the 2 huge bags. The young man at the counter seemed like he was not sure of anything he was doing. I can up and gave my name and he put the 2 bags on the counter and I just stood there waiting for him to say have a nice night or ANYTHING... after maybe 10 seconds of us looking at each other i asked is that it? .. and he said yeah so I took off. when I got home and started unloading the bags I realized several items were missing. My guests were already at my house by now and the fight had started so I didn 't want to drive all the way back there to pick up the 5 missing items so I call the store and inform the gentleman who was there working. He said he would replace this items asked me what items were missing. As he remixed that so many items were left out then he said never mind we will just remake the whole order. I was kind on the phone call and I 'm sure that 's why they wanted to make it right with me. I thanked him and asked how will they know i have the credit there and he said he is leaving my information on a note at the front. I said ok great. so here we are a week later and I call in to use my store credit and someone name Christopher answered the phone. When I tell him who I am and what happened then he is preparing to remake the order but it was 100pc so he says he will need his manager. she gets on the phone and is immediately combative. No home training and no customer service. Trying to over-talk me and telling me that I should have done her employees job of taking down their name when they said they were taking my name down. lol. loud and ghetto. goi if back and for th with me with no resolve. I will never order here again and I dont recommend it to anyone else either. she said I need to know who I spoke with and that she had 6 people working. it 's not hard to ask 6 people who spoke to me that night and to ask them where is the note. She just didn 't want to honor the credit. and that 's so wrong of her ghetto self. She said that her employees are trained to ask us to check the bag before we leave. the guy was barely even willing to say any words at all. he for sure didn 't say that. and the bags were so greasy they would have fallen apart if I had removed anything anyways. but lesson learned.

I love this wingstop, it’s really close to where i work and i just started going to this location. i love the voodoo fries soooo much and customer service is really good. only critique would be speed of service, ordered online and then when i got there had to wait another 20 mins, which i dont mind, because i didnt have anywhere to be. but just for future references and for other customers!! other than that they’re doing a great job!! ?
