service was good, eating was just ok, I had garnel and gänse with a cookie and my wife had the French toast. we arrived at 7:30 a.m., sat immediately and received plenty of time to view the menu, drinks served in a timely wise. the food was served timely, problem was both dishes were only warm, precooked speck for $5 was not good, eating was just bland. We went for a brunch.. food was delicious quick. Definitely will do it again
This is a surprisingly great place for breakfast brunch or lunch. I say surprising because it's very unimposing, tucked into a little strip shopping center with a pretty generic name and unremarkable decor. We've been big Toasted Yolk fans since they put one near our old house in Spring and this one is every bit as good possibly the best breakfast/brunch place anywhere along 105 from Conroe to Montgomery. Everything on the menu is somewhere between really good and great. Service is always amazingly friendly and prompt and it's only hard to get a table during brunch prime time. A solid winner all around.
Roasted Yolk was always a great place to enjoy great gourmet cuisine. It's delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant for amazing breakfast dishes.
I can't say enough good things about our breakfast today! We stayed at Margaritaville Resort for 4 days/3 nights and our waitress Jazmin was much better in customer service than her. Jazmin was so pleasant and makes our first experience here a great one! I wish we lived closer so we could eat more often here. The food was absolutely delicious!! We live 3 hours away, so we wanted to try a few things. The two eggs and a cake were great! I have the Hasch-Braun-Casserole with a pancake covered with strawberries. My husband has the cowboy and brisket tacos. I couldn't tell you what you were better!! The pancake was huge and fluffy. The coffee was HOT and I love that they had flavored creamers. I'm joking (can't be said so funny to my husband that we have to take the ride to get back. Definitely stop a place and try if you don't.
I wasn’t impressed with what I ordered but my daughter’s shrimp and grits were amazing! Yummy food. Good portions. Perfect for brunch.
