The Blue Fish - Conroe

Love this place! The best sushi we had in the forest. Great dessert too. Marie was our excellent, knowledgeable server. Look at it. They won't be disappointed.

Here for my birthday and the whole experience is fantastic. Matt was our server and he couldn't do a better job. I usually don't eat sushi, but wanted to do something different this time. He was able to navigate through the menu and we went with his recommendations based on what we told him we like. Everything was super fresh and of very high quality. The drinks were also amazing, and we also had each one a bypass (not shown) that was phenomenal. 10/10 would go back for not only the great service, but also the best sushi I had so far! PS: The tempura ice is a must try. Couldn't even snap a picture before we swallowed it

Back to Blue Fish. This is our favorite sushi joint in Woodlands. It is probably 15% more expensive than before shutdown, but still worth it for the best quality fish you can buy. We had salmon lovers sashimi, salmon roe nigiri, uni (sea urchin) nigiri and super dragon role (half has sworn in the picture). My wife had a strawberry smash cocktail.

I'm waiting for this place to open to pandemic, and I knew it was worth waiting! The service is excellent; the staff is professional, open and common; the food is very delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is also pleasant and relaxing. You now have a 100% returned client! Thank you for my great satisfaction of the visit!

The best sushi in the area. Also you can’t go wrong about the location. A lot of recent changes. The stuff is awesome the Maneger always stops by to make sure everything alright. Perfect for a date, business meeting or a quick bite.
