I visited Smoothie King tonight looking to try something different. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by three friendly ladies. The smoothie I ordered was delicious! I recently had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I called to let them know that my smoothie was made incorrectly, but was met with rude and unprofessional responses. The person on the phone told me I could have my smoothie made the same way or not at all, which I found extremely disrespectful. Really nice and clean inside but they didnt even blend my drink all the way. giant chunks of ice and tastes weird. overpriced too
40 minutes to get five smoothies today. I was at the drive through and the line did not move for 10 minutes as I was the third car in line. I decided to go inside and did not get an order in for another 15 minutes. The bright side to this review is they only had two girls working in the busiest day of the week. Management should have had more than 2 employees work on this shift. The two girls that were working were doing everything they could to take drive through orders online orders and inside orders. They did the absolute best they could and they deserve to be praised for persevering and continuing to smile and work hard amongst being overwhelmed and understaffed. The employees get a five star review for their efforts. On the management side a one star. Management lost customers and upset more because of the long wait.
1st time coming here, ordered online and paid, went through drive thru to pick up order, the lady told me one minute, which ended up up taking 20 mins to ask how she can help, I told her I had a pickup online and she said the drink still wasn’t ready. Currently still In line total wait time now is 40 mins.. and still haven’t received my drink, took up my whole hour lunch break. I will not be returning here again..
The manager is rude and called the police on me. I was stuck in there drive through lane. She told me she didn’t want to see that I was stuck and closed the window on me. I will never go back to this store
