Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Conroe

My order here is often wrong. I usually forget toast or the extra senf or the sauce I order. I understand that accidents happen, but it happens consistently. my last visit was all, but that. I have been ordered to make sure it's in order. to my surprise (and for a change), it was actually. an additional star. next time to hope will be good and accurate.

Prawan who gave me the food was rude and did not care, made me juggle 3 drinks along with the card that I held and did not try to help, and did not react to me instead of repeating: "will you want ketchup" and then sent me the window immediately after the handover my food. Otherwise, eating is always amazing, drinks are always good, and I love going to crisp, but probably no longer this place. We love to build Cane’s, but the huh is so small now. Check out the 3 finger combination we have tonight. disappointment especially for the price.

I ordered extra canes sauce which I didn't get. the pommes were cold when I came home, about ten minutes later. the salat in the sandwich was devastated.

More times than not, the fries here are old and soggy. I equate them to store bought frozen fries that have been cooked in an oven. I'm not saying that's the process because it's not, but that's what they remind me of. They're just bad. There's been one time where they were fresh and as they should be. The chicken is usually good, as is the Canes sauce, which is why most of us go there anyway. This just isn't the best Canes in the area Edited**I have reached out to their customer service to the contact information provided in their comment below Update**Management reached out to me, and they seem to really care and have an interest in producing quality food. I'll keep this review updated after we give Cane's another shot.
