The delivery took an hour and forty-five minutes. I called multiple times and the line kept disconnecting. The pizza looked awful when it arrived! I will not be ordering from this place again. I placed an online order at this restaurant and was given a delivery time of less than an hour. However, over two hours later, my pizza still hadn't arrived and there was no explanation given. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered the phone. They would just pick up and hang up. This was the second time we had issues with this restaurant. In a previous order, we received an extra cheese pizza that had even less cheese than a regular cheese pizza. It's frustrating that I couldn't even speak to someone on the phone to address the issue. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Gain papa john’s another attempt after the change to marcos, ordered at 6:50 a.m. with a delivery time of 1 hour, after 1 hour called and person said it is almost here, after another 20 minutes called and got said our pizza was delivered to another house? canceled order and gratefully refunded. never order here again. back to marcos. even if we talked to the manager, we have many excuses, pizza after it's done on the way back?. 2 drivers have quit today. we should talk to kate the gm. our driver has made an honest mistake....Please tell us what happened, their business problems have nothing to do with us to help their business with a $55 order. it's 9 o'clock and goes to another place.
Order pizza at 10 o'clock got my pizza not until pst 1 o'clock. it has tried to call and cancel the order as it took to laing, but of course no one answered. pizza was cold and had to pay for the whole meal, because my friends decided to go, as eating never came to a reasonable time.
Every time I order anything from here i’m never disappointed, everything amazing!! Amazing staff and management, Definitely recommend getting your pizza here
