I was told this is the busiest McDonald's in all of Conroe, TX, and I can believe it! But they have great, friendly staff, most bilingual and they are always working hard to keep a clean store while getting your order out FAST. They are quick to fix any mistakes (either on their part or yours! and of course they love to have a good time. Someone is always laughing and it's the best sound. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Never fails. You can quickly get some food out, but the job is never right. Check your order before you go. You get half, some or another the majority of time. Today I have a happy meal for my grandson. He doesn't like the apples so he gets extra frits. There were literally 6 pommes in the box and so much mayonnaise it is injected beyond it. I ordered a little cheeseburger home and had chicken nuggets. View all feedback.

So I go there this morning and ask For 2/5 sandwiches they had the choices of an egg and bacon biscuit, sausage eggs McGriddle and another. The lady on the intercom had no clue of what i wanted she was like “everyone asking for that and I don’t know we had that.” I told her it’s on the screen. “She like umm I don’t see it” I take a pic go to the first window and I’m trying to show her she completely ignores me. Had me waiting for 1 minute. A that opens it and say okay you want .. I’m still trying to show her and she still ignoring me I’m like bye bi& .
Ordered food at dinner time late but early enough to get it yet they canceled it as soon as the clock changed after waiting 20 min. Bad service. Be honest yall. Stick by your times or change em. And get off the xannies. I worked there I know what goes on..... Service: 1
