Falacos Food Truck - Conroe

What a pleasant surprise to find exquisite cuisine in a food truck. Courtney came over to my tent at The Woodlands Farmer's Market as we were closing. I didn't think of it as I picked up, except for a refreshing drink that really hit the spot. When I got home, I opened the falaco and gave it the first bite; a true delicacy! A fabulous sensory adventure began with that first bite. My mouth is watering as I write this. The blend of sight, smell, texture and flavors in the falaco is luscious. You've certainly made that special trip downtown to savor the chef's creation at an internationally famous restaurant irrelevant; follow Falacos, find them and experience the stupendous delight of a 3 Star MIchelin (to be discovered) experience in our neighborhood.

Deliciously tasty innovative food. Falafel tacos Wow! 100% VEGAN! Creamy sauces, spicy like I like them, yet mild also available for the asking. Good travel food, tastes best hot and good cold, too. Chocolate ball desserts cool way to get one's sweet fix. Cooling infused waters satisfying drinks. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable personnel.

I have tried every taco except the new one the island and they are all amazing. The right blend of savory, tart, sweet, and tangy. I got my KimChiChi fix at the Farmers Market today. What even better is that it is vegan and gluten free. Looking forward to the next taco! Thanks!
