We got a smoothie and shaved ice (don't really remember what it's called. Real, fresh and very tasty. Will definitely come back.Only wish there was outside seating. View all feedback.

The lady at the cashier area is consistently rude. She has a bad attitude and always rushes us. The restaurant closes 20 minutes before 9 and leaves customers standing outside. If they can't improve their customer service, they should be replaced. I will be going to La Michoacana for better service and to actually be let in the door. View all feedback.
The staff appeared unhappy. I requested a sample, but it was given to my brother instead of me. They didn't even acknowledge me when handing over our order, not even a simple "thank you" or "have a great night." There was no suggestion to return or even a smile. It is important for them to understand that they are not obligated to be there - if they are not enjoying their work, they should consider finding employment elsewhere. As someone in the food industry, I understand that we sometimes deal with difficult customers, but that does not excuse their lack of professionalism. It is essential to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
