This time, they charged me nearly a dollar for “extra egg,” and I received only about five pieces! When I called to address the issue, Jake mentioned that I could only get a refund in person. While I know it's just a dollar, it’s the repeated mistakes in the drive-thru late at night that are bothersome. Plus, dealing with a screaming one-year-old while waiting in line makes the situation even less enjoyable. I hope that next time they get my order right, or I might reconsider coming back. Please start double-checking orders!

That’s attention to detail!
