Casa Ole - Conroe

Pretty good place to stop at if you're already in the area. My husband and I like to occasionally come in after shopping at the nearby Sam's or Lowe's. I didn't have high hopes for the $2.50 house margarita, but they really aren't bad! Their other drinks are yummy, too, and so is all the food we've tried so far!

The restaurant was a bit warm and rather smoky from fajitas. Our server was pleasant and tentative and the drinks and food were good. It was a bit of a turn off to hear the busser complain, more than once, that bussing tables 'isn 't her job '.

Earlier in the day yesterday, I was informed that three of my husbands family members would be having dinner at the house with us. I ran over to Casa Ole originally to buy green sauce but I asked the hostess about family meals. The lady was so sweet and helped me very quickly- we chose the enchilada tray with sauces, rice and beans. I returned to pick up the food a half hour after what I originally told her, The food was fresh, hot and well packaged. She had told me there was 12 enchiladas in four flavors but I got four of each. She even gave me a chicken nugget kids meal too! The food all tasted great and was very well received by the family.

Our waiter was amazing. Unfortunately, I didnt catch his name. He was very attentive with out being annoying. He was quick and efficient. Our food came out fast and was very good. I have yet to have a bad experience there. Great Tex-Mex, reasonably priced.

We enjoyed it. Service was good. The green sauce wasn't as good as usual. Too watery. Everyone's food was good..I had nachos with chicken. The chicken was in very small cubes, not very flavorful. Next time I'd get ground beef.
