Casa Ole - Conroe

Our food was late and cold. My wife ordered a salad and was NEVER given silverware despite her having asked for it. I was told no substitutions for something as simple as a taco. The servers were clearly trying their best to rearrange the deck chairs on that sinking ship which apparently had no one in charge. This is the second chance we 've given Casa Ole` with roughly the same result. We will NOT be back.

Our server was very nice and wanted to help us with seating. I'm in a wheelchair and didn't have a problem getting in or out at the table. Our waitress was great to help with everything we needed.

Nice place to stop when you are already in the area. My husband and I like to come occasionally after shopping in nearby Sam's or Lowe's. I had no high hopes for the $2,50 house margarita, but they are really not bad! Their other drinks are also delicious, and so is everything we have tried so far!

Salsas and drinks were very good. Entrees took a long time to come out, were delivered at different times and were barely warm (fajitas were the only thing still hot). Had to go to the front to ask for silverware after food was brought out by someone other than our waiter who said they'd be right back and never saw them again. We were halfway done with our food before we got our first refill. We went here to use a BOGO coupon received in the mail but after this experience we just threw the rest of them away.

Been a long Time customer and love the food but I will not be returning last 3 times our family ate here the air conditioner has been broken the district manager was here this time And out server said they have complained and noone cares. Ac has been out for awhile. To treat your customers and employees like that is a disgrace
