I visited today with my mother and received outstanding service! I've never experienced such friendly and dedicated staff at this location, but Lima and her coworker truly made a difference for me today. I was delighted by the wonderful and professional service from Lamia and her coworker (I wish I had caught his name). I will definitely return and hope to see both of them again in the future! having at least one person in charge could really use this place. out of all, the child behind the counter was higher than a giraffe you know. could not make a simple ice and the load was dirty. better. View all feedback.
My little girls and I had a good time here! The seating is nice and ice cream is good.
I wish I could give this place more stars because I really love Baskin-Robbins, which shares the space with Dunkin'. I didn't buy any donuts, but we did try a few. I had been craving a banana gap for a long time, but they were out of bananas. I ordered a waffle cone with a dip, but they only had one level one cone available, and it was broken. So, I ended up ordering a cup instead and asked for marshmallow topping, but they didn’t have that either. It was very disappointing. The ice cream was good, as usual, but that wasn’t enough to earn more than three stars from me.
How can an ice cream shop not offer vanilla or chocolate flavors? It was disappointing to have a banana split without our favorites.
I took my grandkids there for ice cream in waffle cones, but they never seem to have any available, nor do they have sugar cones. I won't be wasting my time with this place again.
I thought it was fantastic! The ice cream was the best I’ve ever had. You should definitely visit this place!
