Short staffed, due to three employees not making it in today. Have no fear, Debbie killed it. Working by herself, totally in the weeds, remained very helpful with a positive attitude!! Will be back for sure. View all feedback.
What Hickory Resident doesn't like about Subway:
Nobody smiles, have tried to use two different gift cards over the last month, 1st time wouldn't read, could not enter manually, when we came yesterday, they said they no longer accepted Subway gift cards, closest one to the house only reason we went back a 2nd time. 1st time we paid, 2nd time we left the sandwiches, as the lettuce was wilted, and the food did not look fresh. Save yourself a trip because they dont know what time they close and the employees are rude.

My husband and I decided to get subway today for lunch the site wouldn't work online to order to pick up it kept saying out of stock I decided to test my luck and call in the guy answered and took my order he was such a sweetheart I forgot to ask his name but however he made my sandwiches with perfection I wished the lettuce was a little fresher however it was delicious .
I entered the restaurant and my presence was never acknowledged. I was not asked if I could be helped. The young man spent more than a minute fumbling for gloves. I will never visit again. Worst service ever.
I ordered food not knowing they closed at 5pm (because the website says 9 pm)which is an early closing time and never got it when I arrived at 5:30
